Allpa was born from two passions, learning about the different cultures of the world, and food. Through our time traveling we've come to admire the different types of foods found in each country and region. We believe that food is not only a source of nourishment and enjoyment, but also a way to learn about local cultures. When learning about any culture it is impossible to ignore the gastronomy. The mission of Allpa Foods is to connect the two: wholesome foods and culture.
